Patient Bridge operates across three areas to ensure that patient insight is recognised as essential evidence in healthcare decision-making, shaping policy, improving access, and delivering better outcomes for people living with chronic disease. Having felt isolated and abandoned on diagnosis, I have consistently worked to connect the authentic patient voice with the difference makers in rheumatology and chronic disease.
